Management survey The standard survey for occupied buildings. A management survey locates and assesses the condition of any suspected ACMs that could be disturbed during normal day-to-day use of the property. It’s required for non-domestic buildings under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and it’s strongly recommended for any London residential property built before 2000 that is being let, sold, or refurbished.
