Subsequent to the latest announcements from the Prime Minister, I wanted to share an update on our plans to continue serving you safely.
Following the first lockdown, we have made significant changes to our health and safety procedures, in order to help keep you, our customers and our employees safe.
These procedures include:
All surveyors have been issued with a Covid-19-Risk Assessment; a copy is available to customers on request. Please ask the office.
All surveyors will be wearing the appropriate PPE and sanitise their hands and equipment at regular intervals during the day.
All surveyors have been instructed to maintain a safe Covid-19 distance, if a building is occupied. Any occupants on site are requested to keep at a safe distance, should the customer not be wearing PPE face masks.
Covid-19 specific questions when booking a survey:
Are your employees / family members aware of Covid-19 precautions and social distance requirements?
Have any of your employees / family that our surveyor comes in to contact with or likely to come into contact with suffered from any covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days such as, fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing?
Entry exit door requirements, are there separate entry exit doors that are required for outside workers?
